We! Meet Cards Toolkit

Kicking things off with a new group, Goal setting, Large groups, Trainings, Getting out of your seat, Sparking conversation, Effective communication, Increasing psychological safety

What is it?

• The kit includes 20 decks of We! Meet Cards
• This card deck has been specifically designed for University and educational groups to foster: connection, community, challenge, and care
• Each deck has 18 cards. One “START” card with directions, 16 action cards that invite people to connect, play, and learn about each other.And one “STOP” card to wrap things up
• Each deck contains 140 post cards for 3 brief, introvert-friendly writing activities
• Each We! Meet Toolkit is good for 40 to 140 people (as each small group of 4-7 people gets a deck)
• This kit is often a part of our Retention through Relationships offering to schools and universities

What does it do?

• Provides a fast-paced, yet thoughtful and fun way to move beyond “ice breaking” to real connections
• Offers a suite of activities to cross-pollinate that cater to both introvert and extroverted students
• The cards are meant to be worked through by a group of 4 – 7 people in an order that they (largely) determine for themselves

Who is it for?

• Orientation directors, student engagement offices, principals, teachers, program directors, facilitators, student affairs groups, team leaders

What happens if I don’t like it?

If you don’t like the cards and the kit, send them back and we’ll refund you your money right away. (This might be the only time we won’t ask questions.)
