When will my order arrive?
We always ship your order within 48 hours. After your order is shipped, you will instantly be sent a tracking number. If you order Priority, it’ll arrive 3-5 days after we ship, while Standard orders arrive in 4-7 business days depending where you are located in the U.S.
Delivery times for international orders vary. Most take 1-4 weeks.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?
Yes we do. Purchase orders require a minimum purchase of $100 excluding shipping. There is a $14.95 flat rate shipping and handling applied to all purchase orders. Email your PO to email@example.com. Here is a link directly to our We and Me, Inc. W-9. Let us know if there are any other forms required by your school or organization (e.g., sole source letter).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. In fact, our tools are being used by leaders in 80+ countries on 6 of the 7 continents (we are awaiting our first order from Antarctica, so if you’re heading there soon, give us a ring and we’ll ship you a free deck to take with you).
Delivery times vary widely by country. Most international orders vary. Most take 1-4 weeks. Currently, we cannot offer expedited international shipping. In fact, we often lose money on small orders due to the already high cost of standard international shipping.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

What is the connection between your products and your services?
We use at least some of our tools during every engagement. The main focus is the impact and the end result (e.g., higher engagement, better communication, less turnover, etc.). The tools just help us get there — that’s why we created them.
Many of our products were inspired by working with clients. For example, Chad Littlefield, our co-founder, was facilitating a group early on and invited people to pair up and ask each other questions.
