When will my order arrive?

We always ship your order within 48 hours. After your order is shipped, you will instantly be sent a tracking number. If you order Priority, it’ll arrive 3-5 days after we ship, while Standard orders arrive in 4-7 business days depending where you are located in the U.S.

Delivery times for international orders vary. Most take 2-4 weeks.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?

Yes we do!

Purchase orders require a minimum purchase of $250.

Shipping for all POs within the United States is free.

Email your PO or request for an estimate to hello@weand.me. We can quickly send you a link to our W-9 for We and Me, Inc as well. 

Let us know if there are any other forms required by your school or organization (e.g., sole source letter).

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. For orders on both our decks, books, and toolkits, we’d be happy to give you a discounted rate to say, “thank you.” Contact hello@weand.me, share your order quantity, and we’ll provide you with a coupon code based on your order size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. In fact, our tools are being used by leaders in 80+ countries on 6 of the 7 continents (we are awaiting our first order from Antarctica, so if you’re heading there soon, give us a ring and we’ll ship you a free deck to take with you).

Delivery times vary widely by country. Most international orders vary. Most take 1-4 weeks. Currently, we cannot offer expedited international shipping. In fact, we often lose money on small orders due to the already high cost of standard international shipping.

 Prices vary depending on what you want to accomplish. Each of the services described on this page have three levels of pricing that range from a 60-minute interactive keynote to a 9-month learning journey in how Ask Powerful Questions or Make Virtual Engagemnt Easy, we will work with you to design high-impact services that meet your needs and your budget.

That said, working directly with Chad is not cheap. All of his engagements start at 5-figures.

What is the connection between your products and your services?

Chad uses at least some of our tools during every engagement. The main focus is the impact and the end result (e.g., higher engagement, better communication, less turnover, etc.). The tools just help us get there — that’s why we created them.

Many of our products were inspired by working with clients. For example, Chad was facilitating a group early on and invited people to pair up and ask each other questions.
