Stop Asking “How are you”

Aug 30, 2022

Until you read this, you probably are not consciously aware of your own heartbeat.

The phrase “How are you?” is a bit like that. Always there. But rarely top of mind.

If you watch today’s video through to the end, I promise that it will rewire your brain and give you a much better way of asking this question.

Please let me know what struck you about the video in the comments. I ❤️ being in conversation with you through my videos.

It turns one-way content into a conversation. And that is a rare and beautiful thing in our consumption-packed world!
