Objective

Swap questions and answers to learn about the other people on your team.

Guidelines

✓ After explaining the question color code system on the We! Connect Cards, have everyone choose a single card based on color.

✓ Pair up with one other person to ask the question on your card, listen to your partner’s response, and then answer the question on your partner’s card.

✓ Swap cards after each conversation and hold your card in the air to signal that you are looking for a new partner.

Leadership Tips

✓ Continue connecting as long as the energy is high.

✓ Consider adding rounds with different instructions as to how you want people to listen.
