What People Say After Chad’s Events
“I found myself going down this rabbit hole of amazing content, and I’ve been binging on your videos since then. To be honest, I have learned way more from you over the last few days than I have from some people I considered to be the best adult trainers/educators I’ve met so far.”
“Hi Chad, I just scored a 4.7 out of 5 as a presenter at a recent conference, thanks to using one of your strategies. It felt freaking awesome from the podium, and it felt like people actually absorbed the message.”
“In all honesty if I hear one more, ‘Chad is the best presenter I have ever seen!’ You knocked it out of the park and my people are speechless.”
“Your virtual workshop impressed me. Usually people get super distracted and start multitasking in virtual meetings, but not your sessions!”
“I can’t tell you how many times I have heard Chad’s session referenced post conference with our associates and business partners… all of us are working to be more intentional and engaged with our conversations. What a great way to help build and foster meaningful relationships.”
“I am thankful I got to work with you. I use your strategies and Connection Toolkit weekly for team meetings.”

Where is the summit happening?
This is a virtual summit hosted by Chad Littlefield via Zoom. We’ll also be leveraging a highly interactive, connecting virtual space through Remo.
How many attendees will be at this summit?
We’ll cap attendees at 400, but we don’t expect nearly that many to be in each individual session.
Who is this event for?
The summit is designed for professional “Connectors” to sharpen their skills and for aspiring leaders to build a practical toolbox to engage their people.
Are we going to be in small groups or all together?
Yes to both. Designing for engagement requires the format to be shifted often. Pairs, small groups, whole group shares, solo-reflection, application time, etc.
Chad will be modeling the facilitation styles and techniques as he teaches them. You’ll get to experience our connection and engagement strategies for yourself—live.
What if I have to miss a session?
Ideally, you have the dates blocked off on your calendar to give yourself the time and space to really jump to a new level in your engagement skills. Life happens though, so if you wind up missing a session or two, all recordings will be sent out to all registrants after the course ends. Recordings will only be made available to our participants, though. In other words, “what happens in our sessions stays in our sessions.”
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If you don’t love the Connectors Summit, we’ll make it right. Instead of a refund, we offer:
- Access to this year’s recordings
- $100 store coupon
We believe in creating experiences that matter and make a difference. Based on our past events, we’re confident you’ll want to block the dates for next year, too.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 30 days in advance for a full refund. This helps us keep things smooth for everyone.
