There’s been so much so much chatter about The Great Resignation, or as an artist friend of mine calls it, “The Big Quit.” It seems like it’s just inevitable. “Everyone’s quitting, and there’s not much we can do about it” seems to be the place of “resignation” 🤣 we’ve slipped into.

But that’s not true! Or it doesn’t have to be, anyway. Today, in this week’s video I want to focus on just one, super-easy, quick-to-implement way that you can increase retention at your organization.
